In 2011, Buffalo Bills color commentator and veteran Mark Kelso served as the keynote speaker and present Bills players Jairus Byrd, Chris Kelsay, and Andra Davis also attended.

Davis received the 2011 Ed Block Courage Award, which is an award given to one player on every NFL team who serves as a role model of good sportsmanship, courage, and inspiration.
